Notice to all patients

The COVID-19 vaccine is a limited and precious resource amidst these uncertain times. We order our vaccine stock according to the number of appointments made per day. As such, please ensure that you turn up for your appointment and refrain from changing your appointment date and time unless necessary. This helps us prevent vaccine wastage.


Should you need to change/cancel your appointment, please contact us at 63124589 or at least 5 days before your scheduled appointment.  

What is the brand of vaccine offered?

The brand of vaccine offered at our clinic is Pfizer-BioNTech.

How can I book an appointment?

Register your interest to receive the COVID-19 vaccination on and book an appointment through the link sent to your phone via SMS. Appointments are booked through MOH and not through our clinic.

Why can't I select KTMC when booking my appointment? / Why is KTMC's name greyed out?

This means that our clinic is fully booked. 

Should you still wish to have your vaccination done with us, please give us a call at 63124589 during our operating hours to indicate your interest in joining our waitlist.

What does being put on our waitlist mean?

We will contact you for your availability to receive the vaccination on days when we have extra doses or cancellation of appointments. 

Please note that this is subjected to the availability of extra doses. Hence, there is NO guarantee that we will have a dose for you. Patients on the waitlist may receive an appointment within 2-3 weeks.


Please only join our waitlist if you are comfortable with the above arrangement. 

How do I know if I am eligible for the vaccination?

Please refer to the latest MOH guidelines for more information. 

Who will be administering the vaccine?

The nurse will be administering the vaccination. To prevent unnecessary delays and longer waiting times, you will not be allowed to request for our doctor to administer the vaccination instead.
